The Release of 3.23 did some several changes to the salvaging Mechanic.
The Outcome of CM and RMC was significantly nerved.
That's why i have decided to clear the Salvage Reports Table and start of fresh.

Your Ranks from Reporting Salvage are beeing kept and further Reports are added to your Ranks as well.

On a Sidenote: Make sure to be in the "SCM GUN"-Mode. Otherwise you won't be able to Scrape or even use the Claw!
